Pricing

One workflow. Three tiers.

Every plan ships the full product. Pricing scales only with the number of active mapped MSKUsyou're tracking — nothing else.

Once an MSKU has been expired for more than 90 days, Shelfdoc moves it into Monitoring and no longer counts it against your plan. Shelfdoc never auto-upgrades your plan.

How the cap works

  • You pay for the number of MSKUs Shelfdoc is actively tracking for you — the ones with an Expiration Date and an Unsellable by Date set.
  • Once an MSKU has been expired for more than 90 days, Shelfdoc moves it into Monitoring and stops counting it against your plan. The MSKU stays on Shelfdoc's radar at no extra cost so any future-found FBA units re-enter the right workflow.
  • If you try to map past the cap, Shelfdoc asks you to upgrade or archive a few first — nothing is silently dropped.

What doesn't count

  • Unmapped MSKUs sitting in the Unmapped queue.
  • Ignored or legacy rows you've set aside.
  • Long-term Monitoring MSKUs (more than 90 days past expiration).

Billing & plans

Common questions

Will Shelfdoc work for my catalog?

+

To use Shelfdoc, each expiration-date batch needs its own MSKU in Amazon. That is usually simple: either upload a Flat File for the ASIN with the MSKU you want to assign, or use Add a Product under the ASIN in Amazon. Then map that MSKU in Shelfdoc to the correct expiration date. FNSKU labels keep Amazon's FBA units tied to that MSKU. If multiple expiration dates are mixed under one MSKU, Shelfdoc cannot reliably control FEFO, monitoring, or disposal for that MSKU. Sellers who cannot or will not separate inventory by MSKU and FNSKU should not rely on Shelfdoc for expiration-date control.

What counts as an active mapped MSKU?

+

An MSKU with an expiration date and an Unsellable by Date set — the ones Shelfdoc is actively tracking day-to-day. Once an MSKU has been expired for more than 90 days, Shelfdoc moves it into Monitoring and stops counting it against your plan; the MSKU stays on Shelfdoc's radar at no extra cost so any future-found FBA units re-enter the right workflow. Unmapped, ignored, and legacy rows never count.

Can I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?

+

Upgrades take effect immediately, pro-rated for the rest of the cycle. Downgrades apply at the next renewal — we’ll email if your active count would exceed the new cap so you can upgrade back or archive a few MSKUs first.

What if my catalog is larger than 250 active MSKUs?

+

Email support@shelfdoc.com with your active MSKU count and we’ll quote a plan that fits. We’d rather size correctly than overcharge by default.

Is Subscribe & Save included in every tier?

+

Yes. Enrollment visibility, rotation reminders, and transfer tasks ship in every plan. No surcharge.

Annual or monthly?

+

Annual is 20% off, billed up front, committed for 12 months. Monthly cancels at the next renewal. No free trial — visit /preview to review every screen of the product without signing up.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

+

Mapping data is retained for 60 days in case you reactivate, then purged. You can still download the audit-trail export during that window. Subscribe & Save data is removed immediately because it’s tied to your live Amazon connection.

Do you offer refunds?

+

No. Subscriptions are non-refundable. Fees already paid for a billing period are final except where required by law. Cancellation stops future renewals at the end of the paid term — it does not refund the current term. There is no termination fee. If a Shelfdoc bug causes real impact, contact support@shelfdoc.com and we will fix the bug at source and help you file any applicable Amazon reimbursement claim.
